Meet Crystal and Tobias

A public health scientist and a former realtor who would rather you buy the right system than the biggest one.

Crystal is a Public Health Scientist with a PhD in Environmental Toxicology from NC State University, and she has spent about a decade helping people understand what is in their water. She worked with a public health agency helping residents on private wells understand their water and how to treat it, then helped schools and child care facilities find and address lead in their drinking water. She still helps communities with environmental health concerns today.

In that work she kept seeing the same two problems. Some families were sold expensive systems they did not need. Others needed treatment but could not tell which option was right. Triangle Home Water Solutions exists for both: test first, explain the results in plain language, and help each family choose what fits their home and their budget.

Tobias came to this from real estate. He got into it because he saw owning a home as a first step toward the American dream, and after a bad experience with a realtor of their own, he wanted buyers to get an experience built around the right decision rather than the sale. Here, the right decision is the whole job. Crystal and Tobias live in Durham and serve their neighbors across Durham, Orange and Wake counties.
